Ladies Program

The Rockets Women’s programme has spent many seasons growing and developing into a professionally run elite Women’s programme. Through its many achievements over the years the team is now going into the season as previous league winners.

The programme works hard on creating a professional, challenging but fun training environment with the team continually focussed on a common goal.

We have current and former players who have represented England, Ireland, Wales, Hungary, Czech Republic and Romania as well as players who have studied and played in NCAA, NAIA and countries such as Spain, Italy and France.

The commitment required is between August and May with off season training being between June and July. In season there will be 2 2 hour training sessions and also an extra individual session. Games will be played on Saturdays and Sundays with the occasional double header fixture when Trophy, Cup and Playoff games come around.
