Jacob Stanuel-Taitte has signed and committed to Capilano University in Vancouver. He will suit up for the Blues next season.
The 6’4 guard has been with the Rockets programme for the 2 years and has developed into a very versatile player for both the JMA Rockets and D1 men’s team. Head Coach Alan Keane has been highly impressed with Jacob’s development whilst with the Rockets:
“Jacob has developed into a very versatile player. His shooting and finishing ability combined with his effective use of the dribble make him very hard to guard. A deep thinker on and off the court has allowed Jacob to develop a good tactical mindset and strong understanding of the game. He will certainly flourish at the next level.”
Jacob is excited for his next step in his career but also grateful for all those at the Rockets that have helped him on his basketball journey:
“My two years at JMA has been a special journey for me as I’ve seen myself grow as a player and as a person. The coaching staff here has also helped me through challenging times to prepare me for my next step in Vancouver.”
We wish Jacob all the best as he takes his next step in his basketball career!
